"I have 3 cars currently insured here, I called in to insure another car but its a hybrid this time. The agent told me it would cost $400/month, I explained to her its double of what I paid for other cars and they are same brand and similar year. Her excuse was because this is a hybrid so it costs more to insure but I told her it shouldnt not be 100% more, everyone drives EVs and hybrids, I dont think they all pay double compared to gas only cars. In the end she didnt care even when I broke down the logic to her, instead of offering some kind research and follow up, she simply said this is what the system quoted me and she cant do anything about it. I thanked her and hung up, went on Progressive, answered a few questions and they quoted me $200/month for same coverage as Statefarm. I even told her that I will buy it else where but she didnt care,I have been insuring my cars here for 20 years when it was still at the old location and this is how they treat their clients nowawadays."

I want to give a huge shoutout to Awilda from Rocco English Insurance for being absolutely amazing! I spent an entire day — over eight hours — trying to figure out what to do about my home insurance situation. When I finally got on the phone with Awilda, she walked me through every single step, patiently and kindly. Even though it took a long time, she never rushed me once. She answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything clearly.

The best part was that she even communicated directly with the insurance company on my behalf, so I didn’t have to sit on hold forever like I had been doing with other places. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish — she always got back to me quickly and kept me updated the entire way through.

Honestly, out of all the parts of my home renovation process, Awilda was by far the best part. She made something stressful feel manageable, and I can’t thank her enough for her patience and professionalism. Whoever she works with at statefarm should know they are incredibly lucky to have her.

"They do not fully inform you about your insurance coverage and very poor customer service. Years later still a one star. I got a new vehicle and called and talked to a rep to set up new car and was told a certain price. I called this office the following day to make sure everything was ok and I was told yes and was told the same price. Now a month later I get a call saying my new policy is not set up and now the price increased. The rep at this location did not want to help honor the price I was originally quoted."

"As in Florida I caught a rock on the highway. Cracked windshield. Called my agent they got me to the company that handled windshields. Brought car in. They couldn't get the car calibrated. After a week with no response, i called my agent Dana. She stayed on the phone with me to get this straightened out. We were on hold for over an hour and a half (she missed a doctors appointment). She continued until it was done!! Roco English has been my agent for about 15 years. He, Dana and staff are the best!!!"
